Good Friday is a public holiday across New Zealand. Good Friday is a restricted trading day, but small grocery shops (such as dairies and superettes) can open on Good Friday if they sell only food, drink, household and personal items people may need at any time, in quantities for the local area. Whether a Four Square qualifies depends on the store. Four Square hasn't published Good Friday 2027 opening hours that we could verify (checked 16 October 2026). Check your local store before you go.
